Back to Normal... Kinda
A couple months ago I crashed a motorcycle into the side of my neighbors house. Taking out a mailbox, some fences, and an electrical box. From the accident I received another concussion and I apparently bent my back causing my spine to become crooked which was also causing a significant amount of pain. As a result I had to go to therapy for about three months to get my spine back in place. While at times therapy felt like a waste of time and began to feel like another weekly chore I kept going because I only have one spine, and apparently this spine has to last me the rest of my life. For that reason I decided to continue going to therapy because I did not want to be like my parents who are in their forties and complain about back pains. Gladly I completed my therapy this week and my spine is back in place. While I still will most likely experience back pains in my forties due to sitting hunched over at a tv or computer screen for so long, the back pain wont be because of an accident I was in when I was young(I hope).
